INTRODUCTION
Casino Hold’em has been one of the most popular ways to enjoy poker for quite a while now. Now, with the help of Play’n GO, you get a table all to yourself. However, their version allows you to play multiple hands simultaneously. Apart from that, the rules are exactly as you would expect from a casino hold’em game. Players face off against a virtual dealer, and need to form the best possible card combinations to win.
The RTP for this release is 97.84%, assuming you play perfectly. Players can also enjoy the AA bonus, which pays if the first five cards on the table form a win. This means the first two cards you receive and the three community cards form a valid five-card poker hand. The game is played with a single deck, which is reshuffled at the start of every round.
HOW TO PLAY 3-HAND CASINO HOLD’EM
Before any cards are dealt, players have to settle how much they want to wager. You can bet one, two or all three hands at once. Each hand consists of an initial ante bet and the AA bonus side bet. Pick one of the available coin values, and place them on the positions you want to play. When you finish placing your wagers, select the Deal button to proceed with the round.
Pressing Deal will draw two cards for every hand you decided to wager on. The game will tell you if that particular hand has a winning hand. Two cards will also be drawn for the dealer, which are placed face down. Finally, three community cards are drawn and placed on the board.
At this point, casino members have to choose if they want to call or fold each hand. Folding surrenders the round, allowing you to quit a bad hand. Calling signals you want to continue playing, and costs double your initial ante. If you placed one coin as an ante bet, your call bet will be two coins.
When all bets are placed, two more community cards are drawn. The dealer will also reveal their face-down cards. The game will then check if the dealer qualified. To qualify, a dealer has to have a pair of fours or better. If the dealer qualified, then your hands are compared against theirs. You win if your hand is better.
EXTRA FEATURES
The AA side bet is common in online poker, so finding it in 3-Hand Casino Hold’em does not surprise us. The side bet checks if your two cards and the first three community cards form a valid poker hand. If they do, you win a cash prize. The better your hand, the better the reward will be. The best payout you can get is 100:1, which is granted for forming a Royal Flush.
PAYOUTS
It is not enough to have a valid poker hand to win the round. You also need to beat the dealer’s hand. If the dealer does not qualify, or his hand is weaker, you receive a cash prize. How good the payout will be mostly depends on the hand you have. The least valuable payout is for Straight or less, which is a 1:1 reward. It progresses up from there, with the maximum win being 100:1 for Royal Flush.
