Pragmatic Play’s Live Baccarat is played with eight decks of fifty-two cards. The maximum RTP you can achieve is 98.94%, provided you only go for player bets. HOW TO PLAY LIVE BACCARAT
Wagers can only be placed during a special betting period. During this time, you can choose one of the available coins and place them on all wagers you want to play. During the betting period, you can also toggle no commission mode if you want to play under its rules. Side bets can be played without placing a main bet first. Make sure to finish all your wagers before the timer runs out. After it does, no additional bets will be accepted.
The dealer will then proceed with the round. They will draw two cards for the player, and two cards for the banker positions. Two cards will also be drawn and set aside in case there is a need to draw a third card. The goal of Pragmatic Play’s Live Baccarat is to get your hand to reach a point value of nine. The closer you can get to that number, the better.
Reaching a point value above nine removes the first digit of your number. If your cards form the number twelve, your hand will have two points total. After all the cards are drawn and hands are determined, the point total is compared between the two. The side closest to number nine will win the round. If both hands have the same value, the result is a tie.

The six side bets you will always have access to are the four pair wagers and two bonus bets. We start with the easiest pair side bet to win: the either pair. If you play this side bet, you need one of the two hands to form a pair. It does not matter what its position is, nor the type of pair that forms. If either the player or the banker hand is a pair, you will receive a 5:1 payout. The RTP for either pair is 86.29%.
Next on the list are player or banker pairs. They function almost identically to the either pair, except they limit you to one side. If you play banker pair, you only win if the pair is in the banker hand. If the pair is in the player hand, you will not win anything. However, you would win the player pair side bet instead. The banker and player side bets share the same payout and RTP. They both pay 11:1, and their RTP is 89.64%.
The last pair side bet is the perfect pair. The first two cards have to form a pair with a matching value and suit. It is not enough to get two aces. The aces must also share a suit: hearts, diamonds, spades or clubs. Making this happen is difficult. If you succeed, you will be rewarded with a 25:1 payout. The RTP for the perfect pair side bet is 86.97%.
Super 6 is a side bet only available if you are playing no commission mode. No commission baccarat removes the decreased payout for banker bets. However, it lowers the payout of banker bets if their point total is six. The super 6 side bet pays 15:1 if the banker beats the player with six points. The RTP for this side bet is 86.18%.
Last on the list are the player and banker bonuses. Players win the associated special feature if they win the round with a natural eight or nine. The bonus also pays if you beat the enemy by at least four points. Natural wins pay 1:1, as does beating the opposing hand by four points. If there is a nine-point difference, you win a whopping 30:1 payout. RTP for the player bonus is 97.35%. Meanwhile, the RTP for the banker bonus is 90.63%, which is much lower.
PAYOUTS
Pragmatic Play Live Baccarat pays 0.95:1 on banker bet wins. The 5% commission will apply unless you toggle the no commission mode before wagering. If no commission is on, banker bets will pay 1:1 when won. However, if you win a banker bet with six points, the payout will be decreased to 0.5:1. The RTP for standard banker bets is 98.76%.
