iSoftBet Increasing Market Share Step by Step
After striking the deals with Unigames in Lithuania and Cashino in the UK and Spain not so long ago, iSoftBet has boosted its presence in one more regulated market, partnering with the Romanian operator.
Head of business developmet at iSoftBet, Michael Probert, has stated: “We employ over 130 staff in Timisoara in Romania, so it is a country we know well. The city has a history of land-based gambling, and with online coming up strong, the market is actively pursued by us.”
Pointing out that Superbet is one of the key local partners on the given market, Probert also added: “This deal strengthens our position in Europe, coming hot on the heels of similar partnerships with other well-established operators. This deal is a true testament to the increasing popularity of certified content and the recognition for iSoftbet as a key player in regulated markets.”
Innovations for Better Gaming Experience
New markets mean new customers, so adaptation to the needs of those customers is required, which is proved by the following Probert’s statement: “We went in providing content for Netbet in 2015, which I believe was the first to get a licence there. It has given us time to understand the market well and develop games that those players like. Mechanical reels are still very strong, and we are taking partners like NSoft in with their popular Lucky 6 game. It is an exciting market with lots of possibilities.”
With a desire to take the product to the next level, iSoftBet is working on new HTML5 games – “It’s a very exciting time here at iSoftBet with lots of deals being closed, entering new markets and operators realising that we are a great supplier to their multi-territory businesses,” Probert added.
Ciprian Lazăr, Head of .RO Operations at Superbet, pointed out the company’s goal to provide full customer satisfaction and regarding the recent deal, he stated: “Here, at Superbet, we are always looking for new and interesting content, that’s why we are delighted to add the thrilling games from iSoftBet to our product portfolio. The new games align with our goal, to deliver a superior gaming experience to our customers.”
