SHORTLIST FOR GLOBAL GAMING AWARDS EMEA 2024 ANNOUNCED

Gambling Insider, one of the biggest online publications in the gaming industry, recently announced the shortlist of nominees for the 2024 GGA awards. As one of the most prestigious awards in the world of gambling, the Global Gaming Awards will look back on the previous year and highlight the biggest achievements and success stories.

What Are the GGA Awards?

The GGA Awards, short for Global Gaming Awards, is a series of industry rewards for achievements in the gaming industry. It’s divided into three geo-specific parts – US, Asia, and EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa.) The EMEA part is typically held in London, and relates to arguably the biggest markets that go on to define the whole industry.

Every year, awards are handed out to companies and people who stand out as the most prominent in their respective fields. Some are awarded for outstanding products or services, while others are all about innovation or up-and-coming companies.

This year, GGA awards will decide the best:

  • Retail Operator
  • Breakout Company
  • Online Sports Betting Operator
  • Sports Betting Supplier
  • Casino
  • Online Casino
  • Casino Supplier
  • Online Casino Supplier
  • Online Slot
  • Payment Solution
  • Services Provider
  • Product Launch
  • Affiliate Program
  • Social Responsibility
  • Platform Provider
  • Executive

This Year’s Nominees

The full list of nominees for the 2024 iteration of the awards show is still kept under wraps. However, we can expect to see the usual lineup of best casino operators, top software providers, and similar companies.

One of the reasons the GGA awards are respected is due to their strict shortlisting policy. Moreover, it’s been a big year in gaming, with multiple big trends, major releases, and corporate changes.

As always, the final winners will be decided by a panel of 50 C-level industry executives.

“Our Awards have a very limited number of categories, with only 10 companies shortlisted in each, which is why we always say that nomination alone is a massive achievement.” said Julian Perry, Editor-in-Chief of Gambling Insider.
