INTRODUCTION
Roulette has been an essential part of every Live casino since its inception. Many casino members have learned the ins and outs of the European roulette wheel over the years. No matter what games they try, they always come back to their favourite release. If this sounds like you, then Swintt’s Live Roulette should be right up your alley. It delivers the essential European roulette experience without any strange additions.
Swintt’s Live Roulette is based on standard European roulette. This means the game is played on a thirty-seven slot wheel, consisting of a single zero and thirty-six numbers. All numbers are split into red and black zones, except for the number zero which occupies a green zone. Players have a good user interface, but it could use a bit of work on desktop. Finally, casino members can enjoy several side bets using the racetrack.
HOW TO PLAY LIVE ROULETTE
Each round starts with a brief betting period. During this time, players can place all the main and side bets they plan to play for that round. After setting the wager to your liking, you can save the bet as a favourite bet. To do this, select the star button. This will open a dropdown menu with five empty slots. Press Save to save a wager as a favourite. If you want to play it again, you just need to select the wager from the menu.
After you finish placing your bet, the round starts. A wager can contain one or multiple numbers. Additionally, casino members can play one or multiple wagers. Depending on how many numbers a wager covers, it can be separated into two categories: outside and inside bets. Outside bets cover more numbers, but pay less when won. Inside bets are riskier, but have a better payout to make up for that.
PAYOUTS
You can see the results for the last eight rounds on the left side of the screen. For a more detailed look, you will need to open the roulette statistics menu. The menu shows you information regarding the last 150 spins. It tells you hot and cold numbers, how often odd/even and red/black were won and how often which number won. Opening roulette trends is done by selecting the arrow button beneath the betting board.
When playing roulette, you need to decide if you want to win often, or if you want to win big. If you want to win often, you should play outside bets. Outside bets cover more numbers, increasing your odds of winning. Red/Black, Odd/Even and 1-18/19-36 all cover almost half of the board when played. That is why their cash prize is 1:1 when won. Players can also play dozen and column outside bets, both of which pay 2:1 when won.
If you want to win big, you play inside bets. Inside bets cover fewer numbers, but grant better payouts. In fact, the less numbers a wager covers, the better the prize will be. Inside bets and their payouts are as follows.
- Line – 5:1, covers six numbers
- Corner – 8:1, covers four numbers
- First Four – 8:1, covers four numbers
- Street – 11:1, covers three numbers
- Split – 17:1, covers two numbers
- Straight – 35:1, covers just one number

LIVE ROULETTE (SWINTT): CASINOBLOKE’S VERDICT
If you love roulette and like playing on your phone or tablet, Swintt’s release will be right up your alley. The desktop version is okay, but it feels too much like a mobile port for our liking. That said, there are elements we enjoy, like the ability to save favourite bets. Overall, Swintt’s Live Roulette is a great pick for fans of European Roulette. Definitely worth checking out if you want something new to play.
